A step-by-step guide to using the ChromatinDB database and analysis tools.
ChromatinDB is a database of genome-wide patterns of histone modifications in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. ChromatinDB provides a number of visualization and analysis tools to facilitate the study of histone modifications patterns and chromatin features in S. cerevisiae.
Tutorials are provided for each of the software tools provided by ChromatinDB: Visualization, Data Download, and Genome Display.
The ChromatinDB website and analysis tools work best with the Mozilla Firefox web browser, though in most cases, other commonly used web browsers should also work well. JavaScript must be enabled in the web browser for the ChromatinDB web tools to function properly.

Note: Your browser's text size must be set to medium or smaller for all results to display correctly in ChromatinDB. To change this go to View -> Text Size -> Medium in Internet Explorer.
