Pantheon is a database and analysis tools system, implemented in Perl, that serves as the core code for
an integrated promoter analysis system.
The core code enables replication of several visualization, data-mining, and analysis features across
several organisms. The core system currently handles the following data types:
- Promoter Sequences
- Transcription Factor binding motif and binding sites
- Gene Ontology functional annotations
- Related Gene Expression experiments
